To place orders via the shopping cart simply select the category, divided into materials for jewellery, and then select the style of ring or barbell you are interested in. Then navigate your way through using the back buttons on your browser or the button on each page.

If you wish to go back to the main menu click on the

MAIN MENU

button on the top. When you wish to proceed to the checkout and pay for the goods, click the

 PAYMENT FORM

button. Any time you wish to view your total goods click on

SHOPPING TROLLEY

button. If you wish to clear all the contents from your cart, re-enter the webstore by the way you came in.

When you have selected all the goods you desire you will go to a final confirmation screen where the totals, including tax and an estimate for postage are calculated. Your order will be sent from here. Afterwards you are prompted to place your personal and credit details on our encrypted secure server connection where your order will be processed.

If you receive a parcel with shortages or faulty goods, please notify us within 48 hours from the date of delivery of your order and you will be issued with a Returns Reference Number. We will need to know any relevant information (i.e. date of order, invoice number, customer number, etc.)

Faulty or damaged goods should be returned enclosed within a padded envelope or box. Enclose a note, detailing the reason for return and quote your Returns Reference Number. Any jewellery or tools should be returned sterilized in an autoclave pouch (except acrylic, horn, bone and silver items which should be placed in a plastic resealable bag). Cold Steel will not be held liable for any returns to Cold Steel which are lost or damaged in transit, so please use insured or recorded post so that the package is fully traceable.

Methods of Payment

Credit Card
We only accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Delta and Solo. Once the transaction is complete, goods will be dispatched immediately.

Cash in Pounds Sterling
Please use insured post. Goods are dispatched on receipt of money.

Cheque in Pounds Sterling
Made payable to Cold Steel International Ltd. Goods will be dispatched five working days from receipt of cheque.

Bank Draft, Postal Order, International Money Order.
Made payable to Cold Steel International Ltd in Pounds Sterling only. Cleared funds will be dispatched on receipt of payment.

Direct Credit into Cold Steel bank account.
At any Barclays branch. Phone or fax to notify Cold Steel that the payment has been made. If payment is in cash, goods will be immediately dispatched. If payment is made by cheque, goods will be dispatched in five working days.

If payment is not made in British Pounds, there may be an extra charge for exchange in currency.
